Breath coaching is focussing on your breathing patterns. The breath reacts to information and stimuli from the internal and external world. Since he is autonomous and influenceable, we can work with him in challenging situations. We can regulate emotions and stress and receive spiritual insights.
WHY WOULD YOU NEED A BREATH COACH

SUPER POWER
The nervous system and the breath work together. When stress levels are high, breathing becomes shallow. I will teach you targeted, regulating breathing techniques to regulate stress and emotional challenges.

We often only notice our own suffering when it is already quite intense. I will walk your path with you and help you to recognise your patterns, before they get overwhelming.

SELF-CARE
Recognising early warning signs and having tools for regulation makes self-care easier. The breath is always with us. You dont need any extra time! Just mindful awareness.

A ONE MONTH PROGRAMM
This month is dedicated to your breath and your well-being. We evaluate your breathing patterns and
your current life situation.
After this month you will know your breath better and can use it in everyday situations to regulate stress.
