YOGA & WELL-BEING

I hold one or two retreats a year. One retreat is usually at my home in Kanha and the other is either in Switzerland or France.
A retreat is more than just a getaway;
it’s a safe and nurturing environment designed to help you
reconnect with yourself. It provides the space you need to pause,
reflect, and truly listen to your inner voice.
Here, you can explore your thoughts and emotions without distraction,
allowing you to nourish your needs and desires. This is a time for self-discovery, healing, and rejuvenation, where you can cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and what truly matters to you.

ASANA

Asanas offer the space and from to communicate with your body.
While moving, we feel inwardly and can bring tensions on a somatic level in our field of perception.
The asanas offer a form with which we can work with, embody them for a while and then let them dissolve again.

SEATED PRACTICES

Pranayama and mediation are an integral part of my retreats.
It is a wonderful tool to help you with self-regulation and self-exploration. Especially on a retreat it is a wonderful opportunity to
deepen these practices skills.

INNER WORK

A retreat supports self-exploration on many levels. Sometimes this can be overwhelming and requires additional support.
Or you would like to deepen an inner process during a retreat and require energetic support. In all of my retreats I offer energetic treatments as needed.
