BREATH WORK

Breath Work is intense breathing. It can release old and trapped energy in the body.
The technique can access deeper layers of sensations and experiences. Feeling into these layers and breathing with the sensations, causes the release.
Breath work can provide a transcendent or deeply spiritual experience.

Breath work reveals unconscious aspects of ourselves. In Breath Work we let the breath take the lead and trust the body's inherent healing power. We feel into the process and fuel it
through the breath.

GENTLENESS
Gentle intensity is essential to me. Breath Work can release a high emotional charge. I approach this energy mindfully, introduce it gradually and hence create a safe inner and outer space.

Breath Work offers an honest encounter with yourself.
It takes courage to simply be present with the inner experience. What occurs in that space, has something revolutionary.
MY OFFERINGS
GROUP SESSION ONLINE
Once a month I offer a breath work online with a maximum of 6 people.

Breath Work is an intense from of breathing. It is therefore important to me to know the participants.
Participation is only possible,
if you have either done a 1:1 breath work with me or have been part of an in person group session.

PRIVATE BREATH SESSION ONLINE
A 1:1 online session can be booked via email. 
We have a 30min talk and get to know each other. You will understand the process from different angles and can enter the session well informed.

During the session I accompany you energetically and help you delve deeper into the process. The duration of a session
is 1.5-2 hours.

Online sessions are very flexible. In person sessions are only possible when I am in Mumbai or in Kanha.

WHAT IS BREATH WORK FOR ME

I do a breath work session once a week to reorganise my inner chaos and find my center, my strength and my light again.

What I appreciate most is that I don't have to know,

what needs to be realigned. I just let myself float and

be in the process. I am open to what emerges, open to grace equally as im open to darkness.

 

After the session I take time for creative writing,

feel within and hold space for myself. ​

Change happens when you take time to be present.
