TRE (TRAUMA RELEASE EXERCISE)

I am amazed by the intelligence and precision of our body. Memories of our experiences, both beautiful and challenging, are stored within us.

We have an innate system to release stored tension and discover a more open and fluid way of being.
TRE provides access to this release in a straightforward manner.
During this retreat, we will practice TRE together, and it may become a practice you take home with you.

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION

Pranayama and meditation are essential components of our retreat, inviting you to delve deeply into your inner world.
During meditation, we meet ourselves with gentleness and love, opening our hearts to all our internal processes. Surrounded by the majestic wilderness, we experience a pure awe for ourselves that is often lost in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Pranayama accompanies us on this journey, providing clear guidance to mindfully engage with our inner experiences. This allows us to continually reconnect with ourselves and discover the immeasurable depth of our being.

SAFARI

Kanha National Park is known for its breathtaking beauty and extraordinary biodiversity. Flame of the Forest approaches this impressive nature with great mindfulness, placing special emphasis on top-notch guidance during the safaris.
Here, not only is the wildlife respected, but the unique ecosystem is also honored, allowing you to experience the fascination of nature in its purest form.
Each safari is accompanied by an experienced naturalist, whose profound knowledge stimulates our senses and reveals the hidden secrets of the forest.

Isabelle Karan 
Isa has been teaching yoga for many years and is deeply rooted in meditation and pranayama. She is a Breath-Work facilitator. Additionally, she offers energetic sessions, Akashic Record readings, and mindful coaching.
Together with Karan Modi, she is the owner of Flame of the Forest Safari Lodge.
