I learned a lot of different methods in search of something which is reliable and sustainable. What I use today is the method by Andrea Stäger and Spinal Energetics. Both methods are straight forward, effizient and precise.

HOW DOES IT WORK
I work in your auric field, connected and focused on your highest well-being. You will share your concerns and the topic you wish to work on with me. I will then work with your aura, your chakras and other energetic organs. Your entire system will re-align and the changes will integrate.
Sometimes there is a sensation of tiredness for 1-2 days. That is because the integration of the energy within your system takes time.
SINGLE SESSION ONLINE
In a single session, we come together and evaluate your present situation your wishes and needs. Based on that we proceed.
All you need is a space where you are undisturbed.
A cosy chair and something to write.
You will be lying down or sit relaxedly and I will guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.
I will start working with your energy field while you experience a meditative state of being.
