BREATH

The breath connects mind and body in a very intimate way. 
Learning to work with your breath, very raw and honestly, 
opens the door to an inner regulation of the nervous system. 
This has a direct effect on both, body and mind. 
Every breath is revealing and healing. 
There are different ways to work with your breath.
Pranayama is a softer practice and through cleansing practices (Kryjas) we can reach deep inner physical blockages and release them. Breath work holds a deeper intensity. The intension is to release old patterns, which are mostly subconscious. This in return can be quite liberating.
