MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

Yoga is a mindfulness-based movement.
We can do the same pose over and over again and it will never be the same pose. Whenever I'm on my mat, I meet myself freshly.
I start again, finding myself through movement
and offer my heart and breath.

My yoga lessons focus on the communication of body, breath and your feelings. The asanas are just as important as they are unimportant. Advanced Yoga is complex,  not because of difficult poses but inner dialogues and mindfulness.

MY OFFERING

Every time you step on your mat, Yoga offers you the chance to beginn again.
In that sense I offer you a beginning. 


I teach primarily in a 1:1 setting.
Feel free to book a free initial consultation, so that we can get to know each other better in advance.
You can book one class or a package of several classes,
you can decide that any time. 

I offer private online classes all through the year and 
in-person classes when ever Im in Switzerland

WHY DO I PRACTICE

My yoga practice is my date with myself.

It is a flowing exchange of information that always brings me back to center. Internal communication helps me stay grounded and mentally relaxed.

An asana has an expression and reflects the inner world. Therefore, my practice is an important part of my self-care.

LIFE IS PRACTICE

Life is a whirlwind of challenges. The philosophy of yoga helps me to remain stable and gives me inner direction. In addition to the Asana practice, these three aspects are particularly supportive for me.
