Pranayama is my big love. The practice has helped me tremendously,
to understand my inner world in a better way. Through that, I am able to take care of myself in a kind and loving way. In my pranayama practice I use the felt sense to be with the breath. Breath awareness, traditional pranayama practices as well as visualisations are used during my classes. It is a meditative state of guiding, controlling and witnessing the breath.
I reached out to Isa for guidance in my existing pranayama practice. She gave me insights I was longing for and enhanced my level of sensitivity during pranayama tremendously. Im deeply grateful for her guidance.
